I don't teach the fear. Everybody promotes the fear, and that's the very thing that keeps people stuck.
The hero knows how to use the tool to defeat the enemy. The civilians died. Which one are you?
A knife is a weapon or a utensil, depending on who's holding it. Same with the tool.
What I mean when I say AI
When I talk about AI, I mean this. A workforce with names, jobs, and rules, running a real company. Below is one real morning.
Orders. Each agent opens its own inbox. The goal is already written down.

The plumbing behind the business: the pages, the forms, the follow-up.
Every agent has one job and a name on it. Work that lands in the wrong lane gets passed to the one who owns it.
Ask me every question now, then go, and don't come back until it's done and done right. I even give them the definition of done.
They draft, build, and check. Sending, spending, posting, and deleting all stop and wait on me. I stay in the chair.

There was no app yet, so I pulled it up in a browser and used it like Google. I've been on it ever since.
I stopped prompting a long time ago. I train them. I had to learn how to make one actually perform, back before you could even hand it a file. Custom GPTs, voice agents, whole crews. As of September 2026, I've built an AI workforce of 40+ agents. That's the difference. I don't use these things. I build them.
Harper was the first one. I picked her voice myself, and she's been answering my phone for two years. She greets, she screens, she books, and a call never rings out to nobody. Picture the man under a furnace, phone going crazy in his pocket. Every call he misses, that customer is already dialing the next name. With somebody like Harper, he's still on the job and his book of business is still being handled.
Lumen builds the sites. A client asked me for a website once, and by the time we sat down, the agent had already built one. They looked at it and said, that's exactly what I wanted. It was already there waiting on them.
Kanon builds the teaching material. I run a youth program, and the whole curriculum lives in a library the agent keeps current, so what I teach is never out of date.
Glen built FrameWorth. Point it at hours of footage and it hands you back the frames worth keeping, ranked, so you're not scrubbing a timeline all night looking for the one good shot.
I built my own voice engine. It clones a voice and turns plain text into speech that sounds like a real person, not a robot reading a card.
I don't hand you one tool. On a single project I've put five agents to work together, each with a role, and had them run the whole thing start to finish, down to the last dollar.
I put two of them in a group chat with me. My favorite thing is when one tells the other, we can't ask Jermaine, he said he don't want to be the bottleneck. I bust out laughing every time.
